Dean began his Real Estate career in the summer of 2014. He enhanced his knowledge of Real Estate by taking a course that taught him the basics of buying and selling of residential properties. Dean designed a program that would buy distressed properties, renovate them, and sell them to eager home owners who had their credit restored and were excited to buy a home. Dean quickly developed aptitude for working with commercial properties. He has designed a program for business owners who want to increase business revenues by utilizing their properties for a profit.

Dean’s innovations lead to securing a loan for 1.3 million for his client and developing a business venture plan that who generate revenues to cover the loan, improve the facilities infrastructure, and increase the business profits by 35%.

Additionally, he is the founder of Dean Gray Entertainment and the company’s strategic direction stems from its President. Since the company’s founding, Dean’s mantra has always been to, “enhance the experiences people have every day,” and it’s this model that guides the companies’ future.

Dean began his career as a teacher in 1992 where for 5 years he taught science in the Camden City Public Schools. Dean challenged his students to reach their highest level of achievement, not simply based on a grading scale, but on the potential they demonstrated in the classroom. During his educational years he learned the art of facilitating ideas, how to cultivate a more practical understanding of the problems his student’s faced, and how to develop creative ways to help his students achieve a greater self-worth. Dean’s educational background has translated into the ability to recognize what recognition opportunities work best for the type of exposure our clients are looking for.

Dean’s began his sales career in 1999 with Lanier World Wide, Inc. where he received his foundational selling abilities. During his sales career, Dean was awarded with, Salesman of the Quarter twice for exceeding quota of 149% and of 153%, Lanier’s $100,000 Gold Club, and Most Innovative Product Demonstration countrywide.

Dean embraced the management role at Konica Minolta Business Solutions, where he developed as an experienced manager and team leader. Because of the varied duties of his position, Dean perfected his skills in fostering mutually beneficial relationships between the company and his client’s key initiatives. In addition, he learned how to decipher a client’s needs and devise a solution that was practical yet effective thereby growing positive lasting business relationships.
